** TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) United Currency Exchange™ will beat any competitor’s official quote, or price, or exchange rate after all associated transaction costs, which may include fees, charges, commissions, taxes, and also spreads inserted in the exchange rates.

2) Official quote or price means a written quote provided by all Australian registered entity, including an exchange rate or a quote from an Australian company website. United Currency Exchange™ will not beat exchange rates from overseas companies or companies not registered in Australia.

3) United Currency Exchange™ will beat its competitor’s official quote, or exchange rate or final price by 0.0010 or maximum the equivalent of AUD 5.00, whichever lesser.

4) “ALWAYS LOWEST PRICES” offer is only valid when you exchange currency(s) minimum the equivalent of AUD 3,000 per transaction per day per person.

5) The maximum amount a customer may claim under the “ALWAYS LOWEST PRICES” is the equivalent of AUD 100,000 or its equivalent value in foreign cash at the competitor’s price or rate which is being beaten per transaction per day per person

6) EXCLUSIONS:

- United Currency Exchange™ may not be able to beat a competitor’s quote or rate when the quote or rate provided by the competitor is more than or better than the exchange rate or the price that United Currency Exchange™ pays to its Bank supplier

- United Currency Exchange™ may not be able to beat a competitor’s quote or rate when the quote or rate provided by the competitor is more than or better than the prevailing MID-MARKET Rate at the time when a claim is being made.

- Certain denominations and banknotes such as EUR 500, CHF 1000, SGD 1000, BND, EGP, and TRY are EXCLUDED.

7) Quotes must be in writing and must have specific time and date to allow real time comparisons. Price or Quote must be on the same day and verbal quote is not accepted. United Currency Exchange™ must be able to verify the competitor’s price or quote, using its own method, at the time when a claim is being made.

8) “ALWAYS LOWEST PRICES” claim subject to stock and denomination availability at United Currency Exchange™ at the time when a claim is being made. When we run out of currency(s) at the time when a claim is being made, we will order the currency(s) for you, subject to full payment received by us, and you will collect the currency(s) from our store at a specified date or in accordance to Our Foreign Currency Ordering Schedules & Our AUD Ordering Schedules which are available in our website.

9) United Currency Exchange™ do not compete with exchange rates from companies offering financial products, such as telegraphic transfer, bank draft, remittance, non-cash payment, on-line trading, CFD, and derivatives.

10) “ALWAYS LOWEST PRICES” claim can only be PAID with Cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers such as student discount, pensioner discount, special rate discount, and on-line booking from our website.

11) United Currency Exchange™ reserves the right NOT to beat any prices/quotes/rates from any competitors if you FAIL to comply with these terms and conditions.

12) United Currency Exchange™ reserves the right to alter, update, amend, change, or terminate these terms & conditions without prior notice.
